If you reach out to us, we will take about 10-15 minutes of your time to ask you a few basic questions.. like the condition of the house, the age of the roof, windows, furnace, etc... If you don't know the answers to anything, NO WORRIES! We will assess them when we visit your home.

There is NEVER any obligation to work with us. We understand this is a huge decision, and always want our sellers to do what is best for them!

Another great option about working with us is that we can typically close as SOON as 30 days, but we also offer flexible closings. That means YOU pick the date. Whether it's in 30 days or 6 months, we are flexible and will schedule closing around your time frame.

For example:

If you want to start house hunting in February, but can not move until the kids are on summer break... we can get the ball rolling and set the closing date for the first week of summer! That way you can take your time to find your DREAM home, and know when you do your home is sold!

YES! When you work with us, your only job is to pack the IMPORTANT stuff; you can leave the rest behind! No dumpster or cleanout is needed.

Our offer is based on a combination of things such as the scope of work/repairs needed, and what similar homes in similar condition in the area have sold for. (typically this is within the last 90 days). We aim to provide a fair offer that is inclusive of the current condition of your home.

The great thing about working with us that a lot of homebuyers do not offer, is that we have a few different options for how we buy homes. Some options even allow us to pay TOP dollar! Once we speak, we will give you 2-3 different options and determine which works best for you TOGETHER!
